Never used these guys, but I wanted to post they seem sketchy. Today, they had a guy going through the neighborhood on a scooter, taking a competitor's hail flyers off the cars, putting them in his pocket, looking around him each time, and putting theirs on cars. Martin was fantastic! No one wants to have hail damage that they have to deal with, but at least Martin made it a heck of a lot easier. He worked with me and let me park my Jeep at the shop while I was out of town until he could get to it. He even drove it back to my place and left it in my driveway for me before I got home. My 2020 Crv Honda was hit by the May 8, 2023 storm. Honda wanted to total the car. This car is a lease and i wanted to buy the car after lease was up. When my car got hail damage this year, I was pretty stressed out. I am a college student and I already struggle with bills, so a $500 deductible didn’t seem feasible, plus, I didn’t have rental coverage and my job requires me to have reliable transportation. I found Dentagon and called the shop to get a feel of how long it would take, and what the process was.

Martin was super friendly, came to look at my car the day after I called at my home, and asked what my deductible was and said he would take care of the deductible. He also asked me to check and see if I had rental coverage because it would likely take a week to 10 days to fix. When I found out I didn’t, Martin was able to offer to pay for my rental car. He had my car in a week later, and it was fixed in about 10 days.

Finding Dentagon was truly a blessing as I don’t think I would have been able to get my car repaired with all of the extra costs! They did an awesome job with the repairs and I have no complaints! I brought it by for an quick eyeball-estimate the day after the hail, and by the following Monday he had it in his shop, and he repaired it in two days - we picked it up just one week after the storm. He also offered to drive me to the rental car place after dropping off the vehicle. The repairs look great, he worked with our insurance when he uncovered additional damage, and overall he was great to work with! So I got hail damage to my brand new 2021 Subaru Impreza from a freak hailstorm. I had dents all over my car.The damage was significant, so I looked up hail damage repair shops and lucked out when I called Dentagon. Martin looked at the car real quick while I was at work and gave me an estimate and walked me through what my insurance company would do once I filed a claim. So about a week later, I called him back and dropped off the car. He was very professional,  friendly, and transparent about what work had to be done. He decided that since it was a brand new car, to go the pointless repair route so it wouldn’t devalue the car, which took more time than it would otherwise, but considering how bad the damage was, I had no problem waiting a bit longer to get it back. Martin kept me updated with what was going on the entire time and handled everything on the insurance side of things so I basically didn’t have to lift a finger and when i got it back today, the car looked fantastic, like nothing had ever happened (he even buffed out some small scratches I had on the passenger’s side door free of charge). I couldn’t be happier with how my car looks and I would recommend using Dentagon to anyone looking to get their hail damage repaired. I really appreciate how much time and effort Martin spent on my car when he could have just sent it into a body shop (which would’ve been easier on him) and had them do a whole bunch of work on it that would likely have devalued the car significantly. I had my Mazda 2016 serviced on Friday, 10/5/18 . Martin was ethical, hardworking, efficient, professional and went out of his way to provide excellent service. He made sure all costs were covered and I didn't have to pay any out-of-pocket costs. I enjoyed the rental car that he provided for me even though I did not have rental car imbursement under my insurance. As a courtesy, he also took out some car "dings" . Martin cares about his business and so it showed in their work and ultimately, the customers. He was friendly and personable. He even washed my car upon return. My damage wasn't even that severe, but he treated me as if I was his only customer, walking me through every step of the process and working with my insurance company to provide all of the information they needed to pay the claim. My car came out of his shop looking better than it did before the hail storm! Thank you so much Dentagon. My car was destroyed in the Georgetown, TX Hail Storm in May 2020. I waited 4 months to find someone to fix it because I had a High deductible and no Rental car coverage and the Local Body Shops were telling me it would take over a month to fix the car. Which meant I was going to have to pay a lot of money out of Pocket. I found Dentagon and they took care of everything and fixed my car in 2 weeks at Zero out of Pocket. I would recommend Dentagon to anyone in the Denver area looking for hail damage repair. Martin did an awesome job removing the hail damage from my brand new truck. We recently used Dentagon to get our hail damage fixed. We had scheduled a time to bring the truck in but the day we went to go drop it off, Martin called and said he was sick and couldn’t meet us. Understandable but frustrating as my husband works long hours and we had scheduled a time where we could both be available to drive the truck over.

The day the truck was fixed and I went to go pick it up and I kept getting multiple calls on what time I would be there. Frustrating as I was coming during their business hours, have a 5 month old, had to drop the rental car off and have them shuttle me over there. Difficult to stick to a strict schedule but Martin kept calling asking when we would arrive.

Picked up the truck, looked great! But then he asked me to write a FIVE STAR review. I hate it when companies do this. It says to me he’s just looking to look like a great company not actually strive to be a 5 star company. Why wouldn’t you just ask me to write an honest review? Afraid of what people will write? 🤔

The main reason for my 2 star review is when I got the truck home, the check engine light was on, the remote start no longer worked and the windshield wiper fluid would no liner dispense. All things that were working before we dropped it off. When I called him about it, he left me a message that said, “The quickest way to get this all fixed is go to a dealership. I probably just forgot to hook up the windshield wiper fluid line - is about a 50/50 chance I remember to hook that up” (his exact words, not mine). Not an apology or offer to fix it or anything! I could not believe it.

After further inspection, the windshield washer fluid line looks like it was cut in multiple places and taped back together. So he clearly knew the line was bad but thought that taping it back together would suffice? Not hooking it back up? Not so much, Martin.

Long story short, we paid him about 10k to fix our hail damage and now have to pay however much more to get more to get everything else fixed that he ruined. Not an apology or offer to get fixed. I wish I could give ten stars. We brought two vehicles to Martin, one of which ended up being a total loss. Even though he couldn't do anything with the total loss he still ensured that we were in the loop through the process between him and our insurance.

I took my 4runner into Dentagon based on their excellent reviews after it was pelted with some pretty large, mile-high, hail.  There were dents all over the hood and roof.  I've had a couple of very average experiences with some other Denver hail shops but with Martin and his team I never once felt like there was going to be a problem.   Martin took the time to explain the process, was patient working with my insurance company on the damages, kept me posted on the progress, and delivered my truck back in perfect condition. First time getting hail damage repaired on my car and my insurance recommended some places but they had okay reviews. I went to Google and Dentagon came up and had outstanding reviews; so I gave them a call and spoke to Martin (owner). He went above and beyond to fix my car! I had previous hail damage (2013) that was not repaired with another insurance company. My current insurance wanted me to cover my deductible +plus a portion of the 2013 deductible. When I first met Martin he seemed like a great guy and made me believe that I was going to be a happy customer, after having my car there for a month, the day I picked my car up my boyfriend and I were doing a full inspection. I don't know of anyone who is just going to hop in there car and take off without looking at it, not us... Yes they removed all hail damage even replaced roof and hood, as we were continuing with our inspection we had asked Martin some questions and for some reason he did not like the questions being asked, Martin was very rude and angry at the end and just walked off leaving his customer with one eyebrow raised  , I am happy with them fixing my car just not satisfied with how we were treated at the end. Great service. Got my car into the shop 3 days after the massive hail storms on Memorial Day. I was receiving constant updates and was able to take my car back in once the back ordered parts came in. My husband brought his car in after a few hailstorms and the guys at Dentagon could not have been any easier to work with! Probably the best auto repair shop i have even been on. i had hail damage all over my car which required at least three weeks. i has to move to cali in two weeks and has to ask him if he can fix it by then. I really doubted that he will get the job done by then. Two weeks passed, he called and said its all done. i came to check and it was absolutely perfect. i have no idea how he have done the work in the short amount of time as he promised. Martin was amazing.  Very professional from start to finish.  Truly painless and super easy.  I planned to be out of the country for 3 weeks and felt that if I had the hail damage repaired while I was away there would be no reason to rent a car. I contacted Martin and gave him my insurance company's contact information and estimate.  He explained everything and answered questions regarding the repairs.  While I was vacationing he worked directly with my insurance company to arrange payment so all I had to do was sign a release and come collect my car. My 2014 Lexus IS250 f sport experienced some light hail damage. Several dozen small dents all over the vehicle. The service was great. They also waived my deductible. The car looked perfect after repair. I did find one scratch on the interior of my vehicle, on the bottom of my leather steering wheel that looked as if something rubbed against it abrading the leather. This doesn’t look like it is repairable. I am not sure how that happened but that was my only issue. The exterior of the car looked amazing. They made sure to remove all dents from the hail or not. This was my first time dealing with a hail claim. Martin was super helpful through the whole process. My car was done when they said it would be, and the car looked great afterward.

**5/19/19 Edit: My conscience has been eating at me since I wrote my original review so I'm updating this to inform a future customer. Overall my experience with Martin was great; however, he subbed out my car to the detail shop next door (one business down, to the south) to detail the car and to wax/polish it. This is where the issue lies. 2 weeks after I got my car back I wash it for the first time. After the  wash I looked at the car in the sun and realized that there  were swirl marks from front to back on the car. I was sick to my stomach. You have to understand that I flew to Chicago to buy this beautiful onyx, triple-black Lexus GS430 and drove it all the way back to Colorado because it was in IMPECCABLE shape. The guy before me waxed it every weekend and used high-end products so I was in shock when I saw how bad the paint was. I talked to Martin and he tells me to bring it back in and he'll make it right. I brought it in and Martin didn't offer to talk to the guy next door about having the polish re-done, but instead told me to talk to him. I walk next door and start to explain the situation. At this point the guy next door starts berating me in front of everyone in the parking lot and tells me I'm an idiot for asking what I'm asking for and that the paint was so bad when he got it that it took them forever to polish it. At this point I'm thinking 'This isn't my issue, I never asked for my car to be polished by someone else at another shop, why am I dealing with any of this.' Martin asks me if everything is alright and I tell him no. He gets the guy at the other shop and gets him to agree to re-polish the car. Long story short, the guy polishes the car again, there is still swirl marks on the car but it was better after the second attempt. I know that Martin will reply to this and say 'We tried to help you but you didn't express any concern after the second polish.' How many times am I supposed to bring the car back to fix a problem I didn't create, and deal with a person I didn't ask to do business with in the first place. Thanks for letting me rant.

I gave Dentagon 5 out of 5 stars for three reasons: 1. Martin was punctual - he returned calls, finished repairing the hail damage when he said he was going to, and always showed up when he said he would. 2. I didn't pay anything out of pocket, as advertised. 3. They exceeded my expectations - not only did they fix the hail damage, my car was completely detailed when I got it back: Wax, leather conditioner, the whole 9. Nice work. I would give Dentagon 10 stars, if it was an option. I was hesitant to actually schedule an appointment because I've heard repairing hail damage could take up to 2 months to get finished. Not only that, but my insurance plan does not provide a rental. After some research, I came across Dentagon. From the get go, everything ran smoothly. No deductible, free rental, and fast repair! It only took a week for Martin to repair everything. My car looks like brand new! I will definitely recommend Dentagon to anyone that needs hail damage repair. I  had the hail damage on my Chrysler 300 S repaired at Dentagon in Englewood Colorado and they were outstanding to deal with.  Martin had all of the dents repaired and they even had a neighboring repair shop fix a scratch on the door at his cost.  Martin promised and he delivered!!  I will send all of my friend to them. I just got my escape back and am delighted beyond words.  The hail damage was intensive and I was being told I would have to wait a year to get it fixed.  Called the shop and Martin got us in right away two weeks later my ruby is back and more beautiful than when she left the showroom.    I highly recommend this shop very professional and awesome service.   They even picked up and delivered my escape to me.   Don't go anywhere else this shop is the best!
