Deductible Assistance Terms & Conditions

Dentagon is pleased to offer deductible assistance of up to $500 to qualifying customers seeking Denver hail damage repair. This program is designed to reduce the out-of-pocket cost of your repair while your insurance handles the rest of the covered amount. Please read the following information carefully to understand how our deductible assistance program works.

What Is Deductible Assistance?

Deductible assistance means Dentagon covers a portion of your insurance deductible — up to $500 — on qualifying hail damage repairs processed through an insurance claim. Instead of paying your full deductible out of pocket, we apply a credit toward it, lowering what you owe at the end of your repair.

How It Works

  • Deductible assistance applies to hail damage repairs being processed through an active insurance claim
  • Qualifying customers may receive a credit of up to $500 toward their insurance deductible
  • If your deductible is $500 or less, you may owe little to nothing out of pocket on a qualifying repair
  • If your deductible is higher than $500, you are responsible for the remaining difference
  • Eligibility and the exact assistance amount are confirmed during your free inspection, based on the scope of covered repair work

Who Qualifies

Deductible assistance is available to customers whose hail damage repair is being processed through an insurance claim with a licensed carrier. It does not apply to repairs paid entirely out of pocket without an insurance claim. Contact our team or schedule a free inspection to confirm your specific eligibility.

Compliance Statement

Dentagon’s deductible assistance program is designed and administered in full compliance with applicable Colorado insurance laws and regulations. Deductible assistance is provided as a direct discount to the customer and does not involve inflating, altering, or misrepresenting the cost of repairs submitted to any insurance provider. Dentagon does not encourage, facilitate, or participate in any insurance fraud or misrepresentation of any kind. The estimate submitted to your insurance company reflects the actual, accurate scope and cost of the repair being performed.

Your Right to Choose Your Shop

Under Colorado law and in most cases nationwide, you have the legal right to choose any licensed repair facility for your vehicle — regardless of what your insurance company recommends. Choosing Dentagon for your hail damage repair, and taking advantage of our deductible assistance program, does not affect your right to coverage under your policy, and your insurance company may not legally require you to use a different shop as a condition of your claim.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Deductible assistance is available only on qualifying hail damage repairs completed at Dentagon
  • The maximum deductible assistance amount is $500 per qualifying repair
  • Deductible assistance does not guarantee a specific insurance outcome, coverage amount, or claim approval
  • Customers are responsible for accurately representing their damage, coverage, and claim details to their insurance provider
  • Dentagon reserves the right to determine eligibility for deductible assistance on a case-by-case basis
  • Dentagon reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the deductible assistance program at any time without prior notice
  • Deductible assistance cannot be combined with certain other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of your estimate

Limitation of Liability

Dentagon’s deductible assistance program is offered as a courtesy discount only. Dentagon shall not be liable for any denied claims, coverage disputes, reduced settlements, or decisions made by any insurance provider related to your deductible or claim. Our total liability in connection with the deductible assistance program shall not exceed the amount of assistance actually applied to a qualifying repair.
