Loaner Car Assistance Terms & Conditions

Dentagon is pleased to offer loaner car assistance to qualifying customers while their vehicle is being repaired for hail damage. We understand that being without a vehicle can disrupt your daily routine, and our goal is to keep you moving during your repair by covering the cost of a rental vehicle through Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Overview

When you choose Dentagon for your Denver hail damage repair, we can arrange and cover the cost of a rental vehicle through Enterprise for qualifying repairs. Dentagon pays the rental bill directly to Enterprise on your behalf — you are not charged by Dentagon for the loaner vehicle itself.

How It Works

  • Loaner car requests should be made at the time you schedule your repair, so we can confirm availability with Enterprise in advance
  • Dentagon provides your information to Enterprise to set up your rental
  • You will enter into a separate rental agreement directly with Enterprise, as you would with any standard car rental
  • Dentagon covers the cost of the rental for the estimated duration of your repair, as communicated to you at drop-off
  • If your repair takes longer than originally estimated due to additional damage, parts delays, or insurance approval timing, continued rental coverage is subject to Dentagon’s discretion and Enterprise’s availability

Your Agreement Is With Enterprise, Not Dentagon

This is an important distinction to understand:

  • Your rental vehicle is provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car under Enterprise’s own rental agreement and terms
  • You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to Enterprise’s rental terms directly, including any requirements around your driver’s license, insurance, age, or deposit
  • Any damage to the rental vehicle, traffic violations, tolls, or other issues arising from your use of the rental vehicle are matters between you and Enterprise, governed by Enterprise’s rental agreement — not by Dentagon
  • Dentagon’s role is limited to arranging the rental and paying the rental cost on your behalf; Dentagon does not own, insure, or take responsibility for the rental vehicle itself
  • You should confirm with Enterprise directly what insurance coverage is required or recommended for your rental, since your personal auto policy or Enterprise’s own coverage options may apply depending on your situation

Eligibility

  • Loaner car assistance is offered to customers completing a qualifying hail damage repair at Dentagon
  • Availability is subject to Enterprise’s inventory at the time of your repair and is not guaranteed for every customer or every repair
  • You must meet Enterprise’s own eligibility requirements (valid driver’s license, minimum age, insurance or deposit requirements) to receive a rental vehicle, as those requirements are set by Enterprise, not Dentagon

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Loaner car assistance is offered as a courtesy service to customers completing repairs at Dentagon and is not a guaranteed part of every repair
  • Dentagon reserves the right to limit or decline coverage of rental costs at its discretion, including in cases of extended repair timelines
  • Dentagon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loaner car assistance program at any time without prior notice
  • Loaner car assistance does not affect your right to coverage under your insurance policy or your right to choose your own repair shop

Limitation of Liability

Dentagon’s loaner car assistance is limited strictly to covering the cost of your rental through Enterprise. Dentagon shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury, violation, or dispute arising from your use of the rental vehicle, as those matters are governed entirely by your rental agreement with Enterprise. Dentagon’s total liability in connection with this program shall not exceed the rental cost actually paid on your behalf.

Updates to This Policy

Dentagon reserves the right to update this Loaner Car Assistance policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
