He worked with me and let me park my Jeep at the shop while I was out of town until he could get to it. He even drove it back to my place and left it in my driveway for me before I got home. I’m pretty sure I’ll get hail damage again given how common hail is here, but it makes me feel better knowing exactly where I’m taking it when it does happen!Posted on Google

Mindy Henkel1133 days agoGet your hail damage repaired here! When my car got hail damage this year, I was pretty stressed out. I am a college student and I already struggle with bills, so a $500 deductible didn’t seem feasible, plus, I didn’t have rental coverage and my job requires me to have reliable transportation. I found Dentagon and called the shop to get a feel of how long it would take, and what the process was. Martin was super friendly, came to look at my car the day after I called at my home, and asked what my deductible was and said he would take care of the deductible. He also asked me to check and see if I had rental coverage because it would likely take a week to 10 days to fix. When I found out I didn’t, Martin was able to offer to pay for my rental car. He had my car in a week later, and it was fixed in about 10 days. Finding Dentagon was truly a blessing as I don’t think I would have been able to get my car repaired with all of the extra costs! They did an awesome job with the repairs and I have no complaints! Martin was very helpful, always answered the phone and was responsive and it was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had!Posted on Google

I brought it by for an quick eyeball-estimate the day after the hail, and by the following Monday he had it in his shop, and he repaired it in two days - we picked it up just one week after the storm. He also offered to drive me to the rental car place after dropping off the vehicle. The repairs look great, he worked with our insurance when he uncovered additional damage, and overall he was great to work with! Sebastien McCarthy1918 days agoSo I got hail damage to my brand new 2021 Subaru Impreza from a freak hailstorm. I had dents all over my car.The damage was significant, so I looked up hail damage repair shops and lucked out when I called Dentagon. Martin looked at the car real quick while I was at work and gave me an estimate and walked me through what my insurance company would do once I filed a claim. So about a week later, I called him back and dropped off the car. He was very professional, friendly, and transparent about what work had to be done. He decided that since it was a brand new car, to go the pointless repair route so it wouldn’t devalue the car, which took more time than it would otherwise, but considering how bad the damage was, I had no problem waiting a bit longer to get it back. Martin kept me updated with what was going on the entire time and handled everything on the insurance side of things so I basically didn’t have to lift a finger and when i got it back today, the car looked fantastic, like nothing had ever happened (he even buffed out some small scratches I had on the passenger’s side door free of charge). I couldn’t be happier with how my car looks and I would recommend using Dentagon to anyone looking to get their hail damage repaired. I really appreciate how much time and effort Martin spent on my car when he could have just sent it into a body shop (which would’ve been easier on him) and had them do a whole bunch of work on it that would likely have devalued the car significantly. Anna Vu1929 days agoI had my Mazda 2016 serviced on Friday, 10/5/18 . Martin was ethical, hardworking, efficient, professional and went out of his way to provide excellent service. He made sure all costs were covered and I didn't have to pay any out-of-pocket costs. I enjoyed the rental car that he provided for me even though I did not have rental car imbursement under my insurance. As a courtesy, he also took out some car "dings" . Martin cares about his business and so it showed in their work and ultimately, the customers. He was friendly and personable. He even washed my car upon return. I waited 4 months to find someone to fix it because I had a High deductible and no Rental car coverage and the Local Body Shops were telling me it would take over a month to fix the car. Allison Fleck2531 days agoWe recently used Dentagon to get our hail damage fixed. We had scheduled a time to bring the truck in but the day we went to go drop it off, Martin called and said he was sick and couldn’t meet us. Understandable but frustrating as my husband works long hours and we had scheduled a time where we could both be available to drive the truck over. The day the truck was fixed and I went to go pick it up and I kept getting multiple calls on what time I would be there. Frustrating as I was coming during their business hours, have a 5 month old, had to drop the rental car off and have them shuttle me over there. Difficult to stick to a strict schedule but Martin kept calling asking when we would arrive. Picked up the truck, looked great! But then he asked me to write a FIVE STAR review. I hate it when companies do this. It says to me he’s just looking to look like a great company not actually strive to be a 5 star company. Why wouldn’t you just ask me to write an honest review? Afraid of what people will write? 🤔 The main reason for my 2 star review is when I got the truck home, the check engine light was on, the remote start no longer worked and the windshield wiper fluid would no liner dispense. All things that were working before we dropped it off. When I called him about it, he left me a message that said, “The quickest way to get this all fixed is go to a dealership. I probably just forgot to hook up the windshield wiper fluid line - is about a 50/50 chance I remember to hook that up” (his exact words, not mine). Not an apology or offer to fix it or anything! I could not believe it. After further inspection, the windshield washer fluid line looks like it was cut in multiple places and taped back together. So he clearly knew the line was bad but thought that taping it back together would suffice? Not hooking it back up? Not so much, Martin. Long story short, we paid him about 10k to fix our hail damage and now have to pay however much more to get more to get everything else fixed that he ruined. Not an apology or offer to get fixed. Here’s your “5 star review” you asked for Martin...little do you know I provide honest feedback unlike the other “5 star reviews” on this page.Posted on Google

Scott Anderson2629 days agoI took my 4runner into Dentagon based on their excellent reviews after it was pelted with some pretty large, mile-high, hail. There were dents all over the hood and roof. I've had a couple of very average experiences with some other Denver hail shops but with Martin and his team I never once felt like there was going to be a problem. Martin took the time to explain the process, was patient working with my insurance company on the damages, kept me posted on the progress, and delivered my truck back in perfect condition. I went to Google and Dentagon came up and had outstanding reviews; so I gave them a call and spoke to Martin (owner). He went above and beyond to fix my car! I had previous hail damage (2013) that was not repaired with another insurance company. My current insurance wanted me to cover my deductible +plus a portion of the 2013 deductible. Martin worked with my insurace and I paid $400 and he pulled out old door dings and some nasty big dents for free! Valerie Baros2636 days agoWhen I first met Martin he seemed like a great guy and made me believe that I was going to be a happy customer, after having my car there for a month, the day I picked my car up my boyfriend and I were doing a full inspection. I don't know of anyone who is just going to hop in there car and take off without looking at it, not us... Yes they removed all hail damage even replaced roof and hood, as we were continuing with our inspection we had asked Martin some questions and for some reason he did not like the questions being asked, Martin was very rude and angry at the end and just walked off leaving his customer with one eyebrow raised , I am happy with them fixing my car just not satisfied with how we were treated at the end. Min Jang2647 days agoProbably the best auto repair shop i have even been on. i had hail damage all over my car which required at least three weeks. i has to move to cali in two weeks and has to ask him if he can fix it by then. I really doubted that he will get the job done by then. Two weeks passed, he called and said its all done. i came to check and it was absolutely perfect. i have no idea how he have done the work in the short amount of time as he promised. I planned to be out of the country for 3 weeks and felt that if I had the hail damage repaired while I was away there would be no reason to rent a car. I contacted Martin and gave him my insurance company's contact information and estimate. He explained everything and answered questions regarding the repairs. While I was vacationing he worked directly with my insurance company to arrange payment so all I had to do was sign a release and come collect my car. aron duymovic2655 days agoMy 2014 Lexus IS250 f sport experienced some light hail damage. Several dozen small dents all over the vehicle. The service was great. They also waived my deductible. The car looked perfect after repair. I did find one scratch on the interior of my vehicle, on the bottom of my leather steering wheel that looked as if something rubbed against it abrading the leather. This doesn’t look like it is repairable. I am not sure how that happened but that was my only issue. The exterior of the car looked amazing. They made sure to remove all dents from the hail or not. Sean Hobson2721 days ago**5/19/19 Edit: My conscience has been eating at me since I wrote my original review so I'm updating this to inform a future customer. Overall my experience with Martin was great; however, he subbed out my car to the detail shop next door (one business down, to the south) to detail the car and to wax/polish it. This is where the issue lies. 2 weeks after I got my car back I wash it for the first time. After the wash I looked at the car in the sun and realized that there were swirl marks from front to back on the car. I was sick to my stomach. You have to understand that I flew to Chicago to buy this beautiful onyx, triple-black Lexus GS430 and drove it all the way back to Colorado because it was in IMPECCABLE shape. The guy before me waxed it every weekend and used high-end products so I was in shock when I saw how bad the paint was. I talked to Martin and he tells me to bring it back in and he'll make it right. I brought it in and Martin didn't offer to talk to the guy next door about having the polish re-done, but instead told me to talk to him. I walk next door and start to explain the situation. At this point the guy next door starts berating me in front of everyone in the parking lot and tells me I'm an idiot for asking what I'm asking for and that the paint was so bad when he got it that it took them forever to polish it. At this point I'm thinking 'This isn't my issue, I never asked for my car to be polished by someone else at another shop, why am I dealing with any of this.' Martin asks me if everything is alright and I tell him no. He gets the guy at the other shop and gets him to agree to re-polish the car. Long story short, the guy polishes the car again, there is still swirl marks on the car but it was better after the second attempt. I know that Martin will reply to this and say 'We tried to help you but you didn't express any concern after the second polish.' How many times am I supposed to bring the car back to fix a problem I didn't create, and deal with a person I didn't ask to do business with in the first place. Thanks for letting me rant. Original review: I gave Dentagon 5 out of 5 stars for three reasons: 1. Martin was punctual - he returned calls, finished repairing the hail damage when he said he was going to, and always showed up when he said he would. 2. I didn't pay anything out of pocket, as advertised. 3. They exceeded my expectations - not only did they fix the hail damage, my car was completely detailed when I got it back: Wax, leather conditioner, the whole 9. Nice work. I was hesitant to actually schedule an appointment because I've heard repairing hail damage could take up to 2 months to get finished. Not only that, but my insurance plan does not provide a rental. After some research, I came across Dentagon. From the get go, everything ran smoothly. No deductible, free rental, and fast repair! It only took a week for Martin to repair everything. M Thomas3066 days agoHaving the worst hail damage I have ever seen on my car and after an estimated date of repair 7 months after the storm to the repair shop my insurance company picked out, we found Dentagon and gave them a call. They got my car right in for an estimate. Without even knowing what the estimate was from the other repair shop, Martin estimated the exact same amount. He said they would get it in and get it all worked out with our insurance company. And that is exactly what he did. No hassle for us and the car was ready when promised. I admit at first he seemed too good to be true and was fairly skeptical. But Martin delivered on everything. This review is concise and will help address your primary concerns. + EVENT: Received moderate hail damage in the Hail Catastrophe of May of 2017. I searched various companies via Google. When speaking to most shops, they told me that it would be several months as they were backed up. I came across Dentagon in Englewood and gave them a call. Right away I spoke with the Director of Operations, Martin. + PROFESSIONAL: Martin was very quick to address my concerns and ask if I was okay. Very professional, offered to either come to my office or stop by his location. + SCHEDULING: Martin got me on the calendar right away to get my my car inspected. As this was a catastrophe event, Dentagon gave me a conservative timeline. They kept me up to date as deemed necessary, per his expertise. + REPAIRS: Repairs when as happened, but parts were delayed with understandable hiccups with materials, ect. I was always informed of what was going on behind the scenes. Never left in the dark of what was going on with my vehicle. + RENTAL: I was in a rental for longer than the originally anticipated timeline. The rental that was paid for by my insurance. Knowing no one in Denver by reputation that we could depend on we lucked into Martin at Dentagon. The car was damaged extensively. Junie Fruik3322 days agoMartin, at Dentagon, is one terrific person. I was more overwhelmed Martin, by your concern and care for your customers, than the fear I had of coming in and talking with you. After my hail damage repairs were completed I took my vehicle to another garage for regular maintenance and other repairs that I believed were included in the hail damage coverage. I went back and talked to Martin about the difference of opinion and out of the goodness of his heart, he reimbursed me the cost of the extra expense. Martin didn’t have to do this. I doubt any other shop would have done this. It’s too bad Martin’s Dentagon shop doesn’t do vehicle body work. If it did, he would have a forever customer. Holly Patch3337 days agoMartin was a very nice face to see when I was stressed out about my car being so damaged. It took longer than expected but he covered all of my extra charges. After my insurance didn't give him enough money to fix the car, he fix everything anyway and made my 2013 look brand new! I recommended my roommate and anyone else I know who had as bad of damage as I did from the May hail storm. When I got my car back, I realized over a week later that one of my back doors didn't open from the outside. Martin happily asked me to bring my car back for them to fix for me! Eve Vaccaro3357 days agoMy car took weeks longer than expected (and promised) and when inspecting the car I found new dents, paint transfer, scrapes and spiral scratches. When confronted with the new damage, Martin was rude and threatened to not pay for the rental (which was $500 due to then overage of the days) if I filed a further claim with our insurance for the new damage. Martin took my car in and delivered it like new!! He even went above and beyond to take care of my rental when Geico wanted to stop paying for it. Jennifer Stewart3390 days agoWas not up front about using another shop to complete the repairs when I signed the work agreement. Was promised the work would be done in 3 weeks - waited 6 weeks. Paint job was horrible; different tones, peeling paint, rock chips imbedded in the front bumper. Trunk was put on uneven, handle bars on the inside of the car put on the wrong doors, interior was dusty and dirty (never bothered to clean up their mess). If you don't care what your car looks like take it here; if you want quality work done on time go somewhere else! Not worth the $7000 they got my insurance for!Posted on Google

The damage was repaired in such a perfect manner that you'd never know it had been damaged. Martin also was very courteous and took care of other small spots that were not caused by the hail as well. Unforeseen issues in the repair process could have made this experience a nightmare and very costly, but Martin took it all head on and made sure I never felt stressed or paid a single cent (thanks to how they work with insurance). After looking around, I went with Dentagon on a referral, and they took amazing care of me. Angie Brooks3659 days agoUpdate 8/16/2019: I got hail damage again this year and returned to Dentagon for the repairs. Once again, Martin was super nice and easy to work with. He took my car in on a Thursday, had my insurance company out to do a supplement by Friday, and the following Wednesday he called to let me know it was ready. I was shocked, I expected it to take 2-3 weeks. He did a great job on all of the dents, my car looks beautiful again! He waived my deductible, took me over to Enterprise to pick up a rental, and in the end I paid $0 which is amazing. Why would anyone not fix their hail damage when it won't even cost them a dime is beyond me. I hope that I don't get hail damage again anytime soon, but if I do, I will be going back to Dentagon a third time. 2 years ago: After recently moving to Colorado, I experienced my first hail storm leaving my car damaged. I had zero idea how to even start the process of fixing my car, so I called Dentagon and asked what to do. Martin was amazing, he told me step by step how to start the claim with my insurance before I even brought my car to him. Once I dropped off my car, it was only in the shop for 8 business days before it was fully repaired, and everything was much MUCH easier than I anticipated. I had put off getting the repair done for 2 months because I was dreading how stressful the process would be, but it was nothing like I imagined. From dropping my car off, to getting my rental, to picking it back up.. everything was simple and stress free. I was impressed with the customer service that I was given and the help I was given explaining the repair and claim process. When I dropped off my vehicle to start the repairs, I was given a ride by Martin to Enterpirse so I could get my rental car. Martin helped in every way possible to make this as painless as possible. He kept me updated and handled the insurance company on my behalf. He repaired my vehicle ahead of schedule as well. Dentagon was able to remove some very deep door dings from both sides of the vehicle, as well as a difficult crease in the trunk lid, without any paint or other repair. John M. Gatewood3870 days agoWe'd never had hail damage before, so I started my search for a repair shop on Google. Dentagon was the third result for my area; I called the other two shops first. The first two shops I called were approximately three weeks out to get started on the car, so I called Dentagon at around lunchtime on a Friday. Martin stayed late that same Friday evening to assess my car when I finished work, started work the following Monday, and had the car back to us looking better than new in eight or nine days. Martin made the whole process simple, convenient, efficient, and fast. I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job. Mr. Martinez personally took care of my vehicle, in order to repair the hail damge in order to prevent the replacement/painting of parts. My car literally had more than a thousand dents from hail damage and it looks brand new. I almost thought that I was going to have to repaint my car, but we were able to avoid that. Also, Martin paid for my rental car that my insurance did not cover. He also he did both of my brothers BIG trucks before my car that were also left amazing. Jenny Wade4048 days agoIt is very rare nowadays to find someone who is more concerned with quality rather than quantity, and Martin is definitely one who takes pride in his work. He has so much energy and positivity, and really helps explain everything to you so that way you can understand every detail and every step. He was very informative and I never had an issue getting a hold of him. He really made me feel at ease through the entire process and took care of every fee so that I had no out of pocket expenses. He provided a free rental car, shuttle service, took care of all the paperwork for my lender and insurance company, cleaned my car, even fixed a bulb on a light that was out for me, and returned my car to me in better shape than when he got it. I am grateful that he helped me fall back in love with my brand new car that suffered from 6k+ of hail damage 2 weeks after I got it. Michelle Fajardo4086 days agoMy fiancé dropped off our Subaru after a big hail storm last month. The insurance company had companies they suggested that were cheaper however, we decided to go with someone local to get our repairs done. Martin was very friendly and seemed reliable. We had a little paint chip/dent on the back passengers side door and Martin said he could help us out with it and wouldn’t charge us anything extra. I thought that was nice and like most nice gestures that sound too good to be true; it was. We were thrilled to have the hail damage and scratch on the door fixed since it’s a brand new lease. . When we went to go pick up the car the first thing we noticed was that the mark on the door was not fixed liked we discussed earlier however, it did look like someone tried to paint over the door with a paint marker. Martin said” he forgot” but somehow he didn’t seem to forget to cover it with marker. While on our way home we notice dirty finger prints on the roof upholstery (that was also not put back together correctly because when we were driving the clip on roof parts started to hang) , strange wind sounds coming from the driver’s side door that was never an issue before, and a gap on our roof rack. We brought it back to Martin and his crew. He assured us everything would be fixed this time. Friday morning Martin called us to pick up the Subaru. We dropped of our rental and went back to FINALLY pick up our car. When we arrived Martin told us to come back the next Monday and the guys would finish painting the door….UMMMMM what? WHY?! How does that make any sense? Why wouldn’t you call us when you were finished instead of making us make an extra trip to your shop? (WHICH IS 50 MILES ROUND TRIP) You didn’t want to pay for the rental car for an extra day? Well do the job right the first time and you wouldn’t have to worry about all these extra expenses. The next day my fiancé comes to pick up the car and he said the guy that painted the door didn’t sand/buff it and when he approached him about it the man got very aggressive and said “ FOR FREE. I'M DONE.” Well this wasn’t free for us so we don’t understand why this man was being so rude to paying customers. We left feeling duped, attacked, and very upset.Posted on Google
