Availability is subject to Enterprise's inventory and cannot be guaranteed. If a vehicle isn't available at the time of your repair, we'll let you know as soon as possible so you can plan accordingly.
Yes. Loaner car coverage is entirely optional. If you have another way to get around during your repair, you're welcome to skip it.
Vehicle availability depends on Enterprise's inventory at the time of your repair. We do our best to coordinate a comparable vehicle, but the specific make and model isn't guaranteed.
We recommend requesting a loaner car when you schedule your repair, so we can coordinate availability with Enterprise ahead of your drop-off date.
Enterprise sets its own eligibility and insurance requirements for rental vehicles. Confirm directly with Enterprise what's required when you pick up your rental.
Continued rental coverage beyond the original estimate is subject to Dentagon's discretion and Enterprise's vehicle availability. We'll keep you updated if your repair timeline changes.
Dentagon pays the rental cost directly to Enterprise for the estimated repair duration on qualifying repairs. You are not billed by Dentagon for the loaner vehicle itself.
Any damage, violations, or issues with the rental vehicle are matters between you and Enterprise, governed by Enterprise's own rental agreement — not by Dentagon. Be sure to review Enterprise's terms and insurance requirements when you pick up the vehicle.
Dentagon covers the cost of your rental through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. You'll enter into a separate rental agreement directly with Enterprise, as you would with any standard car rental.
