Dentagon Auto Hail Repair is an independent repair facility, not a preferred or direct-repair shop for a specific insurance company.
Preferred shops may operate under contracts with insurers that include specific pricing, procedures, deductible requirements, and other program guidelines. Dentagon chooses to remain independent because we want the vehicle owner to be our customer—not the insurance company.
This allows us to focus on recommending the appropriate repairs for your vehicle while working with customers and insurance carriers across many different companies without being tied to one insurer’s preferred network.
Being independent doesn’t mean we can’t work with your insurance company. Dentagon works with all major insurers and can assist with estimates, supplements, documentation, and adjuster communication throughout the repair process.
Most importantly, you have the right to choose your repair shop.
Being preferred by an insurance company isn’t the same as being preferred by the customer. Our priority is you and the quality of your repair.
